1. Digital Products

NumerologyAI provides digital services (numerology readings) that are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we have a specific refund policy outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you paid but did not receive your reading due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Service Not Delivered: If your reading was not delivered within 24 hours of payment

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You have already received and accessed your reading
  • Dissatisfaction with the content of the reading (as readings are for entertainment purposes)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Providing incorrect personal information (name/date of birth)

4. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable once the first reading has been generated. If you experience issues before accessing any readings, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

6. Refund Processing

7. Cancellation

Since our services are delivered instantly, there is no cancellation window once payment is completed. Please ensure you want to proceed before making a payment.
